- Processing Time : All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation : After the processing and shipment process, you will receive an email confirming your dispatched order.
Shipping Methods And Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping : Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping : Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Additional charges may apply for this.
- International Shipping : Delivery times can vary based on your location. It will take 10 to 15 days for international shipments.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery date can be subject to delays due to factors like courier schedules, weather conditions and customer processing.
Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping : We offer shipping throughout India.
- International Shipping : We provide international shipping to selected countries. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes and fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and delivery destination within India.
- Expedited Shipping : Additional charges apply. The cost will be calculated during the checkout process based on the selected service.
- Free Shipping : Available on orders over ₹7,000 within India.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure timely delivery of every item, your order can sometimes be shipped in several packages. Every shipment will have its own tracking information sent to you.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items : Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order if your order arrives damaged. For further help provide photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Lost Items: Please get in touch with our customer support within seven days if your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it. We will initiate an investigation.
