Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal at VSecure360 is to offer our clients dependable security products and services. The conditions under which refunds, returns and cancellations are handled are described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing from our website (www.vsecure360.com) you agree to this Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Processing / Dispatch:
Customers may cancel their order any time before it has been processed or dispatched for shipping. - After Processing / Shipment:
Once the product has been shipped or the service has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our refund process. - How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, email us at support@vsecure360.com with your order number, purchase date and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the status within 1 to 2 business days.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- You received a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
- The service purchased could not be delivered due to our error.
- The product is returned unused, in original packaging, with all manuals/accessories, within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items / Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Software that has been accessed, downloaded and activated.
- Services already utilized or partially completed.
- Customized or personalized products once production has started.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or negligence by the customer.
- Orders cancelled after shipment or service activation.
Refund Process
- Submit a request at support@vsecure360.com with your order details.
- Return the product needs to be sent to our service address .
- Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping, handling charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products not in their original condition, damaged and with missing parts.
- Services partially delivered.
4. Timeframes
- Cancellation Confirmation: within 1–2 business days.
- Refund Approval: within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Refund Credit: usually reflects in your account within 7–14 business days.
5. Legal & Jurisdiction
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019, are unaffected by this policy.
